The UPC Reporting Program

The UPC Reporting Program is designed to keep our vendor partners compliant with UPC requirements, which enables our locations to efficiently receive and sell product in a accurate and timely manner. You help the Company by reporting UPC exceptions to the UPC Hotline. Don't be left out in the cold, your location can be the winner of the annual Shrink Hotline Contest. The top locations with the most valid calls logged into the UPC Hotline will win this year's contest.

Reporting Guidelines:

What TO report here:
- UPC not on file
- UPC scans invalid
- No UPC barcode
- Scans as different SKU
- UPC not legible
- Single sell UPC on case pack
- Case Pack UPC on single sell item
- Quantity incorrect
- Crossdock mis-labeled

What NOT to report here:
- Pricing Issues
- SKU Activation or Modeling issues
- Coupon issues
- Non-UPC concerns
